Belt Pattern

Ch 15, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each remaining ch, ch 1, turn.

2nd Row. Work 1 sc in each sc, ch 1, turn. Repeat 2nd row until belt measures 26 inches, break thread.

Loops for Joining. Join thread in 1st sc, ch 7, skip 5 sc, sc in each of next 2 sc, ch 7, skip 5 sc, sc in next sc, ch 1, turn and work 9 sc over each loop, break thread.

Finish other side to correspond.

Tie. Take 15—½ yd strands and twist tightly. Fold through center, hold both ends allowing it to twist itself. Knot both ends, leaving ends long enough to cut for three inch fringe.
