Cut a strip of satin 4½ inches by 1¾ inches or large enough to go around doll. Hem 1 long edge. Place on doll below arms and sew short edges together.

Cut a 12 inch circle of crinoline and satin. Cut a hole at center large enough to fit around waist of doll. Place on doll, satin over crinoline and gather at top to fit waist.

Cut a 4 inch length of pipe cleaner and wind with White, fasten ends with scotch tape. Sew a sequin to top of wand.
