Edging
Make a chain to measure slightly longer than outer edges of cushion.
1st row: Sc in 4th ch from hook, * ch 3, skip 2 ch, in next ch make dc, ch 5 and dc; ch 3, skip 2 ch, sc in next ch, ch 3, skip 1 ch, sc in next ch. Repeat from * across. Ch 3, turn.
2nd row: 3 dc in ch-3 loop, * in ch-5 sp (between dc's) make (dc, ch 2) 6 times and dc; skip next ch-3, 3 dc in ch-3 loop. Repeat from * across. Ch 1, turn.
3rd row: Sc in 2nd dc, * (ch 3, in next ch-2 sp make sc, ch 3 and sc) 6 times; ch 3, sc in center dc of 3-dc group. Repeat from * across. Ch 1, turn.
4th row: * Sc in next loop, ch 4, sc in 3rd ch from hook (p made), ch 1. Repeat from * across. Break off.
Finishing
Sew edging to cushion and sew narrow ends together.
