Chair set yarn

Small Ball: 6 balls Clark's White or Ecru, or 8 of any color.

Runner yarn

RUNNER 15" X 36" — 7 balls White or Ecru, or 11 of any color. RUNNER 15" X 45" — 8 balls White or Ecru, or 12 of any color.

Hook

Milward's Steel Crochet Hook No. 10

Gauge

GAUGE: 5 sps make linch; 5 rows make linch.

2nd row: Dc in 4thch from hook, dc in next ch (1b! increased at beginning of row); dc innext 13 dc, 2 dc in next sp, dc in next dc (bl made over sp). Ch 2, dc innext dc (so made over sp). Make 2 more sps, 4 bls, 3sps, 1 bl, dc in next I] dc, then make a foundation dc as follows: Thread over, insert hook in top st of turning chand drawa loop through; thread over and draw through I loop (Ichst made, to be used as a foundation st for next dc); complete dc in usual manner. Make 2 more foundation dc, and1dc in the usual way (1 blincreased at end of row). Ch 8, turn.
