A round crochet Christmas ball pot holder in Speed-Cro-Sheen, trimmed with rick-rack, sequins, and beads, with a brass ring hanger.

- Milwards Steel Crochet Hook · No. 2/0 (double zero)
Pattern instructions
Christmas Ball
Starting at center, ch 2.
6 sc in 2nd ch from hook.
2 sc in each sc around.
* Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc (1 sc increased). Repeat from * around.
Sc in each sc around, increasing 6 sc evenly around.
Repeat 4th rnd until piece measures 6½ inches in diameter, half dc in next sc, dc in next sc, tr in next sc, dtr in next sc, tr in next sc, dc in next sc, half dc in next sc, sc in next sc, sl st in next sc. Break off.
With pin, mark sc directly opposite dtr. Attach thread to 3rd sc preceding pin mark, ch 4, tr in next sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, tr in next 2 sc. Break off.
Trim with rick-rack, sequins and beads as desired. Make another piece the same way. Sew pieces together. Sew brass ring at top.
