Christmas Doll with Blue Dress Pattern

Bodice
With Blue ch 64, dc in 4th st from hook, 1 dc in each remaining st of ch, turn.
Ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), 1 dc in each remaining st, turn.
Same as 2nd row.
Right Section of Back, ch 3, 1 dc in each of the next 10 dc, turn.
Ch 3, 1 dc in each st, turn.
Start shaping shoulder, ch 2, 1 sdc in each of the next 4 dc (sdc: thread over hook, insert in st, pull loop through, thread over and work off all loops at one time), 1 dc in each of the next 6 sts, turn.
Ch 1, sl st over the 1st 5 sts, ch 3, 1 dc in each of the next 2 sts, 1 sdc in each of the next 2 sts, 1 sc in each of the next 2 sts, ch 1, turn.
Sl st over the 1st 3 sts, sc in next st, 1 sdc in next st, 1 dc in each of the next 2 sts, cut thread.
Left Back Section
With wrong side of work toward you, skip 40 sts of 3rd row, attach Blue in next st and work from the 4th row to the 6th row inclusive.
Ch 3, 1 dc in each of the next 5 sts, 1 sdc in each of the next 5 sts, turn.
Ch 1, 1 sc in each of the 1st 2 sts, 1 sdc in each of the next 2 sts, 1 dc in each of the next 2 sts, 1 dc in same space with last dc, turn.
Ch 3, 1 dc in next dc, 1 sdc in next st, sc in next st, sl st in each remaining st, cut thread.
Center Front
With wrong side of work toward you, attach Blue in 10th free st of 3rd row, 1 dc in each of the next 21 sts, turn.
Ch 3, 1 dc in each dc, turn each row.
Ch 2, 1 sdc in each of the next 4 sts, 1 dc in next st, 2 dc in next st, ch 3, turn.
Dc in next st, 1 sdc in next st, 1 sc in next st, sl st in each remaining st, cut thread leaving a length for sewing.
Leave 8 sts free at center front for neck edge, attach Blue in next st, ch 3, dc in same space, 1 dc in next st, 1 sdc in each of the next 5 sts, ch 1, turn.
Sl st over the 1st 4 sts, sc in next st, sdc in next st, 1 dc in each of the next 2 sts, cut thread leaving a length. Sew shoulder seams together.
Skirt
With right side of work toward you, attach Blue in 1st st of starting ch, ch 3, dc in same space, 2 dc in each remaining st of ch, ch 3 to turn all rows.
1 dc in each dc. Repeat 2nd row 8 times or desired length, cut thread leaving a length. Sew last 7 rows of skirt together.
Sleeve
With right side of 1st row of work toward you, attach Blue in 1st free st at underarm, ch 1, sc in same space, 1 sc in each of the next 8 sts, then work 2 dc over each of the next 5 rows, 4 dc in joining, 2 dc over each of the next 5 rows, join in 1st sc, ch 3, turn (33 sts).
Work 1 dc in each dc and 1 sc in each sc, join, ch 1, turn.
* Insert hook in next st, pull loop through, repeat from * once, thread over and work off all loops at one time, repeat from beginning 3 times, * thread over hook, insert in next st, thread over and pull loop through, thread over and work off 2 loops, thread over hook, insert in next st, thread over and pull loop through, thread over and work off 2 loops, thread over and work off all loops at one time (decrease), repeat from * 11 times, join in 1st st, do not turn.
Ch 1, 1 sc in each st, join, cut thread.
Attach White and work 1 row of sc, join, cut thread.
Work other sleeve in same manner.
Collar
With White ch 25, dc in 4th st from hook, 1 dc in each of the next 3 sts of ch, 3 dc in next st of ch, 1 dc in each remaining st of ch, cut thread.
With White ch 25, dc in 4th st from hook, 1 dc in each of the next 15 sts of ch, 3 dc in next st, 1 dc in each remaining st of ch, cut thread. Sew collar to neck edge of dress as illustrated.
Trim
With White ch 15, sc in 2nd st from hook, 1 sc in each of the next 12 sts of ch, 3 sc in last st, working on opposite side of ch, 1 sc in each st, cut thread leaving a length for sewing. Tack in position as illustrated. Embroider French knots at even intervals as illustrated.
Attach Blue in 1st row of bodice at opening, working toward neck edge, sc in same space, ch 5, * 3 sc in next row, ch 5, skip 1 row, repeat from * twice, sc in next st, cut thread. Sew buttons in positions on opposite side.
Bonnet
With Blue ch 12, dc in 4th st from hook, 1 dc in each remaining st of ch, ch 3 to turn all rows.
1 dc in each st.
Increase 1 dc at the beginning and end of row.
Repeat the last 2 rows twice ending last row with ch 18, cut thread. Attach Blue in 1st st of last row, ch 21, turn.
1 dc in 4th st from hook, 1 dc in each remaining st of ch, 1 dc in each dc, 1 dc in each st of ch at end of row, ch 3, turn. Work 6 more rows even in dc, cut thread.
Attach White and work 1 dc in each dc, cut thread. Sew long sides of back section to the extended sides of front sections.
Working across neck edge attach Blue in 1st row of Blue, 2 sc over each of the next 7 rows, 1 sc in each of the next 8 sts, 2 sc over each row of the next 7 rows, join, cut thread.
Using a double strand of elastic thread, attach thread in 4th row of inside of bonnet, allowing enough to fit under chin and sew to same row at opposite side.
Panties
With Blue, ch 10, dc in 4th st from hook, 1 dc in each remaining st of ch, ch 3 to turn all rows.
Dc in same space, 1 dc in each of the next 6 dc, 2 dc in last st.
Increase 2 dc at the beginning and end of each row.
Work 2 rows even.
Decrease 1 st at the beginning and end of each row, cut thread.
Attach Blue on opposite side of starting ch, ch 3, 1 dc in each remaining st, then work from the 2nd to the last row, cut thread.
Fold work in half and sew last 4 rows together to form leg openings. Attach White in joining of leg opening, * ch 3, sc in next row, repeat from * all around, join, cut thread. Work other leg opening in same manner.
Beading
Attach Blue at either joining at top edge, ch 5, skip 2 dc, dc in next dc, * ch 2, skip 2 dc, dc in next dc, repeat from * all around, ending row with ch 2, join in 3rd st of ch, cut thread. Crochet a ch long enough to lace through beading.
