Decorative Hair Pin Pattern

Where more than one color is used, a ball of each color is required.
Follow picture for trimmings.
Hair Pin—Circle
With Black, ch 2.
7 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Hereafter work in the back loop only of each sc.
2 sc in each sc around.
(Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) 7 times.
(Sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) 7 times. Then work sc in each sc around. Break off.
Attach Variegated in any sc, * ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hook, sc in next sc. Repeat from * around to last 5 sts. Break off.
Sew pieces together inside ruffled edge. Make 2 more pieces like this.
Work sc closely across top of bone hair pin. Sew 2 Circles to hair pin. Sew remaining one between.
