Lace
Starting at lower edge, make a chain (27 chain sts to 1 inch) to measure ½ longer than desired length.
1st row: Dc in 4th ch from hook, dc in each ch across for desired length (the number of dc should be divisible by 282, plus 1). Cut off remaining chain. Ch 3, turn.
2nd row: Dc in each dc across. Ch 5, turn.
3rd row: * Skip 2 dc, dc in next dc, ch 2. Repeat from * across (number of spaces should be divisible by 94). Ch 3, turn.
4th row: * Dc in each of next 2 ch, dc in dc. Repeat from * across. Ch 5, turn.
5th row: Same as 3rd row. Ch 3, turn.
6th row: Dc in each of next 2 ch, dc in next dc (1 bl); ch 2, dc in next dc (sp over sp); make 3 more sps, 7 bls, 12 sps, 3 bls, 9 sps, 7 bls, 4 sps, 1 bl, 4 sps, 7 bls, 9 sps, 3 bls, 12 sps, 7 bls, 4 sps (this completes 1 pattern). Now repeat pattern the necessary number of times. Ch 3, turn.
Hereafter, starting with 7th row, follow chart to top, always repeating pattern the necessary number of times.
