Weaving

Setup and first weave

Cut 119 pieces of ribbon 80" long. Fasten each piece firmly across a wooden frame (about 22" wide). Thread a tapestry needle with 2 strands of MC yarn. Starting 3 inches from the end (this will form the ribbon fringe), weave under and over the ribbon for 4 inches. Fasten off. * Join CC, weave 22 inches. Fasten off. Join MC, weave 1 inch. Fasten off.
