Vintage two-color block bath mat worked in spiral blocks, 12 blocks (3 wide and 4 long).

Pattern instructions
Block
Use thread double throughout, one strand of Nile Green and one strand of Peach. Ch 5, join with sl to form ring.
1st rnd: Ch 3, make 15 dc into ring. Join with sl st to 3rd st of ch-3.
2nd rnd: * Ch 3, skip 1 dc, 2 dc in next st, dc in next, 2 dc in next. Repeat from * around. (Block is worked as Spiral.)
3rd rnd: * Ch 1, dc in 2nd st of ch-3 below, ch 1, 2 dc in next dc, dc in each of next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc. Repeat from * around.
4th rnd: * Ch 1, dc in dc, ch 1, 2 dc in next dc, dc in each of next 2 dc, 2 dc in next, dc in each of next 2 dc, 2 dc in next. Repeat from *.
5th rnd: * Ch 1, dc in dc, ch 1, 2 dc in next dc, dc in each of next 3 dc, 2 dc in each of next 2 dc, dc in each of next 3 dc, 2 dc in next. Repeat from *.
6th rnd: * Ch 1, dc in dc, ch 1, 2 dc in next dc, dc in each of next 5 dc, 2 dc in next, 2 dc in next, dc in each of next 5 dc, 2 dc in next and repeat from *.
7th rnd: 3 dc in each of next 2 sps with ch-2 between, * skip 2 dc, ch 2, dc in each of next 2 dc, repeat from * 4 more times. Then ch 2, and repeat from beginning of rnd 3 more times.
8th rnd: 3 dc under next ch-2, ch 2, 3 dc in same place (a shell formed), * ch 2, sc in next sp. Repeat from * 5 more times. Then ch 2, and repeat from beginning of rnd 3 more times.
9th and 10th rnds: Shell over shell in corners, ch 1, 2 dc in sps.
