Next Row—Ch 3 and work 1 dc in each sc (20 dc).

Next Row—Work a dc in each dc increasing in every 4th st (25 dc).

Next Row—2 sc in each dc.

Next Row—Ch 3, pick up 2nd ch and pull through, insert needle in next ch and pull through, insert needle in next s c, pull through, insert needle in next s c and pull through all loops on needle, ch 1 (the ch 1 is termed the eye of the st), * insert needle in eye and pull through, insert needle in side loop of star st just made and pull through, insert in next sc and pull through, insert needle in next sc and pull through all loops on needle, repeat from * all around.

Next Row—* 1 sc in loop, 1 sc in eye of st, repeat from * all around. Repeat the last 2 rows until work measures 5½ inches ending with the star st row.

Next Row—* Ch 5, skip 1 star st, s c in next star, repeat from * all around (12 loops). Next Row—Sl st to loop, * ch 5, sc in next loop repeat from * all around.

Next Row—Sl st to loop, ch 3, dc in next loop, picot, dc in same loop, picot, dc in same loop, ch 3, sc in next loop and repeat all around.

Lace ribbon through loops at top and tie around neck of bottle. This Bottle Cover may also be made in Shetland Floss.
