1st rnd
Attach thread to any small space on outer edge, make 2 sc in same sp, * ch 1, 2 sc in next sp. Repeat from * around, ending with ch 1. Join with sl st to first sc.
2nd rnd
Sl st in next sc, ch 4, holding back on hook the last loop of each tr, make 3 tr in same sc, thread over, draw through all loops on hook (cluster made), * ch 4, skip next sc, sc in next sc, ch 4, skip next sc, 4 tr cluster in next sc. Repeat from * around, ending with ch 4. Join to top of first cluster. Break off.
