19 sc in bone ring, sl st in any sc on Large Ring, 20 sc in Medium Ring. Join and break off.
Small Ring
16 sc in bone ring, skip 19 sc on Medium Ring (following joining), sl st in next sc, 15 sc in Small Ring. Join and break off.
Edging
Skip 1 sc on Large Ring (following joining), attach thread to next sc, sc in same sc, sc in next 2 sc, (ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hook — picot made — sc in next 3 sc) 14 times; skip 2 sc on next ring, (sc in next 3 sc, picot) 4 times; sc in next 3 sc, skip 1 sc on next ring, (sc in next 3 sc, picot) 4 times; sc in next 2 sc, make a chain 13 inches long, sc in last sc made, sc in next 2 sc, (picot, sc in next 3 sc) 4 times; skip 2 sc on next ring, (sc in next 3 sc, picot) 4 times; sc in next 3 sc.
