Pattern instructions

Bag

Setup

Make a chain 4" long. Sc back and forth for 7".

Row 1

Row 1: work around entire piece in dc.

Row 2

Row 2: sc around entire piece.

Repeat rows 1 and 2

Repeat rows 1 and 2 for 7½".

Beading

Beading row

Beading: ch 3, 1 dc in next st, * ch 2, skip 2 sts, dc in next 2 sts, repeat from * around ending sl st in 3rd chain of first ch 3.

Next row

Next row: * sc in each st above the 2 dc, 2 sc in space, repeat from * around. Work 1 row of sc around. Fasten off.

Drawstrings

Make 2: Using double strand of ribbon make a chain 26" long. Draw through beading.

Tassel

Tassel: Wind ribbon 22 times around 5" cardboard. Remove and tie to end of drawstring.
