Ch 10, join to form a ring. Ch 1, 1 sc in each st of ch, join each row.

2nd Row—Ch 3, dc in same space, 2 dc in each remaining sc.

3rd Row—Ch 3, dc in same space, 2 dc in each remaining dc (40 dc).

4th Row—Ch 3, * dc in each of the next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * all around (47 dc).

5th Row—Ch 3, * 2 dc in next dc, 1 dc in next dc, repeat from * all around (70 dc).

6th Row—* 1 sc in each of the next 9 dc, skip 1 dc, repeat from * all around (63 sc).

7th Row—Ch 3, 1 dc in each sc to within the last 2 sc, ch 2, skip the 2 sc, sl st in ch 3 at beginning of row, ch 5, turn. (Join each row and turn each row.)

8th Row—Dc in dc, ch 1, skip 1 dc, puff st in next dc (puff st, thread over, insert in st and work off 2 loops, * thread over, insert in same st, work off 2 loops, repeat from * thread over insert in same st and work off all loops at one time) * ch 1, skip 1 dc, puff st in next dc, repeat from * all around and join in 3rd st of ch 5.

9th Row—Ch 3, * 1 dc in each ch, 1 dc in each puff st, repeat from * across row ending row with ch 2 and join in ch 3 at beginning of row.

Repeat the last 2 rows until work measures 4½ inches.

Beading * ch 5, skip 1 puff st, sc in next puff st, repeat from * all around. Next Row—* Ch 5, sc in next loop, repeat from * all around.

Next Row—Sl st to loop, * ch 3, dc in next loop, 4 ch picot, dc in same loop, picot, dc in same loop, ch 3, sc in next loop, and repeat from * all around.

Lace ribbon through beading and finish with bow as illustrated.
