ROW 2-Ch 5, turn, dc in 1st dc, (ch 1, sk 1 dc, dc in next dc) 5 times.

ROW 3-Ch 5, turn, dc in 1st dc, (dc in next sp, dc in next dc) 5 times.

Repeat Rows 2 and 3 thru Row 75 (to measure 15 inches). Working across side of Belt, (ch 5, sc in next ch-5 lp) 37 times, ch 5, dc in end st.

Next Row-Ch 4, turn, dc in 1st st of next ch-5, *(ch 1, sk 1 ch, dc in next ch) twice, ch 1, dc in 1st st of next ch-5. Repeat from * across (114 sps). Fasten off.

SKIRT-Turn, join Cream to 1st dc, ch 7, holding back the last lp of each tr on hook, make 3 tr in next ch-1 sp, thread over and draw thru all 4 lps (Cluster made), (ch 3, sk 1 sp, a 3-tr Cluster in next sp) repeat across (57 Clusters), ch 1, tr in end sp.

ROW 2-Ch 6, turn, sc between 1st 2 Clusters, (ch 6, sc in next sp) repeated across to 2d lp from end, ch 3, tr in end lp.

ROW 3-Ch 1, turn, sc in tr, ch 6, sc in next lp, * 8 dc in next lp, sc in next lp, (ch 6, sc in next lp) twice. Repeat from * across to end ch (14 shells).

ROW 4-Ch 9, turn, sc in 1st lp, * ch 6, sc in 3d dc on next shell, ch 6, sk 2 dc, sc in next dc, (ch 6, sc in next lp) twice. Repeat from * across to end lp, ch 3, tr in end sc.

ROWS 5 thru 16-Repeat Rows 3 and 4 six times.

ROW 64-Ch 15, turn, sc in 1st lp, ch 10, sc in 7th dc on next shell, * ch 18, sk 11 dc, sc in next dc, (ch 10, sc in next lp) twice. Repeat from * across to end lp, ch 5, dtr in end sc.

ROW 65-Repeat Row 63 except make 26 dc in each shell.

ROW 66-Ch 15, turn, sc in 1st lp, ch 10, sc in 7th dc on next shell, * ch 20, sk 12 dc, sc in next dc, (ch 10, sc in next lp) twice. Repeat from * across to end lp, ch 5, dtr in end sc.

Repeat Row 65, 66 and 65.

ROW 70-Ch 1, turn, 10 sc in 1st ch-10 lp, * ch 2, sc in 3d dc on next shell, (ch 4, sk 2 dc, sc in next dc) 7 times, ch 2, 6 sc across center of next lp, ch 4, 6 sc across center of next lp. Repeat from * across, 10 sc in end lp. Fasten off.

FRILL-Turn and join Red to bottom row of Belt, (ch 5, sc in next Cream sp, ch 5, sc between sps) repeated down side. In last 3 sps, make (ch 5, sc) twice in each sp, ch 5, sc between sps. At corner, (ch 5, sk 1 sc, sc in next sc) 3 times, *(ch 5, a 3-tr Cluster in next ch-4 lp) 7 times, ch 5, sk next 6 sc, sc in next ch-4 lp. Repeat from * across bottom edge. Then work other side to match 1st side.

ROW 2-Ch 7, turn, sc in 1st lp (ch 5, sc in next lp) repeated down to 2d lp from 1st Cluster, (ch 5, 2 sc in next lp) 8 times, * ch 3, 2 sc in next lp, (ch 5, 2 sc in next lp) 7 times. Repeat from * across. Make other side to match 1st side.

ROW 3-Ch 10, turn, sc in 1st lp, (ch 7, sc in next lp) repeated down to lp above 1st Cluster, (ch 7, sc in same lp, ch 7, sc in next lp) 7 times, * (ch 7, sc in next lp, ch 7, sc in same lp) 7 times, ch 7, sc in next lp. Repeat from * around bottom. Make other side like 1st side.

ROW 4-Ch 10, turn, sc in 1st lp, (ch 8, sc in next lp) repeated around. Make next row of ch-9 lps and 6th row of ch-10 lps. Fasten off.

Edge-Turn, join Cream to bottom row of Belt and make sc across ends of next 5 rows of Frill, * ch 8, sl st in 4th ch from hook for picot, ch 2, sk 1 lp, a 2-tr Cluster in next 3d ch, ch 1, sc in next Red lp. Repeat from * around. End with sc in 5 rows across end of ruffle. Fasten off. Stretch and pin Apron right-side-down. Steam and press center inside ruffle. Cut ribbon in half. Sew a piece to each end of Belt.
