3rd Row: Sl st into loop, ch 3, 3 dc in same space, slip loop off hook, insert hook in 3rd st of ch, pick up loop and pull through, * ch 4, popcorn st in next loop (popcorn st: 4 dc in same space, slip loop off hook, insert in 1st dc, pick up loop and pull through), repeat from * all around, ch 4, join in top of 1st popcorn st.

4th Row: * Ch 3, 4 sc in next loop, repeat from * all around.

Sew motifs together as illustrated on chart having 18 motifs in 1st row lengthwise, 17 motifs in 2nd row. Repeat the 2 rows 5 times then sew 18 motifs in last row.

FRINGE: Wind thread over a 2½ inch card board. Cut one end. Using 7 strands, double in half and knot through every 5th sc on each long side.
