Right Mitten Back
Color panels are made as follows: 5 rows of yellow; 4 rows of green; 4 rows of tan; 4 rows of green; 5 rows of yellow.
Starting at the outer edge: Make a chain of 48 sts and work first 12 rows as on palm, (changing colors as needed).
Work even, do not make the chain for the thumb.
Work in sc, decreasing 1 st at the tip of mitten on every row.
Make 1 sc in each stitch across row. Break yarn.
Finishing
Pin the two pieces together. Using the green yarn, starting at the cuff, sc the pieces together up the side, across tip; down 2nd side. Break yarn.
As there is no right or wrong side of crocheting, place the thumb so as to form a left mitten when pinning the pieces together.
