Notes

Note

Wind each skein into 3 equal balls. Work with 3 strands throughout.

Motif

Foundation

With Pink ch 2, work 8 sc in 1st st of ch, cut yarn. Do not join rounds, place a marker at beg of each round. When joining colors always complete last half of st with new color.

2nd ROUND

Working in back loop of sts throughout this and next 4 rounds, with Folly Pink * 3 sc in next st, 1 sc in next st, repeat from * all around, cut yarn.

3rd ROUND

With Watermelon work 1 sc in each sc working 3 sc in center st at each corner, cut yarn.

4th ROUND

With Pink repeat 3rd round, cut yarn.

5th ROUND

With Folly Pink repeat 3rd round, cut yarn.

6th ROUND

With Watermelon repeat 3rd round, cut yarn. Work another section.

Finishing

Lining

Cut lining about 1 inch larger than foam rubber. Seam 3 sides, insert foam rubber and sew opening closed.

Join sections

Crochet 2 sections of pillow tog as follows: Join Watermelon in corner working through both sections and through both loops of sts, * ch 3, 2 dc in same space, skip 2 sc of both sections, sc in next sc, repeat from * along 3 sides. Insert lining. Complete edge, join, cut yarn.
