Pillow Top
Starting at one long end, make a chain about 24 inches long.
Dc in 8th ch from hook, * ch 2, skip 2 ch, dc in next ch (2 sps made). Repeat from * across until there are 88 sps. Ch 5, turn. Cut off remaining chain.
Dc in next dc, * ch 2, dc in next dc. Repeat from * across, ending with ch 2, skip 2 sts of turning ch, dc in next ch (sps made over sps). Ch 5, turn.
Dc in next dc, ch 2, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next sp, dc in next dc (bl made over sp). Work (1 sp, 2 bls, 4 sps, 3 bls) 7 times; 1 sp, 2 bls, 4 sps, 1 bl, 1 sp, 1 bl, 5 sps. Ch 5, turn.
4 sps, 1 bl, (1 sp, 1 bl) twice; * (2 sps, 1 bl) twice; 3 sps, 1 bl. Repeat from * 6 more times; then work (2 sps, 1 bl) twice and 3 sps. Ch 5, turn.
Starting with 5th row, follow chart to top. Fasten off.
Finishing
Pin crocheted piece out to measurements given and press with hot iron through damp cloth. Sew onto pillow.
