Round Pillow Pattern
Round pillow side worked with Speed-Cro-Sheen and optional Knit-Cro-Sheen Metallic in a raised-dc pattern to 17½ inches diameter; complete as for Round Pillow S-573. Originally published in Contemporary Crochet Throughout the Home.

Notes
The pillow requires approximately 8 balls of "Speed-Cro-Sheen." If you wish a smart metallic finish, buy 8 balls of "Knit-Cro-Sheen" Metallic and work with a strand of each.
Side
SIDE (Make 2)... Starting at center with a strand each of "Speed-Cro-Sheen" and Metallic "Knit-Cro-Sheen," ch 5. Join with sl st to form ring.
Ch 3, 15 dc in ring. Join.
Sc in same place as sl st, make a dc around bar of ch-3 (a raised dc made), * sc in next dc, dc around bar of same dc (inc made). Repeat from * around. Join.
Sc in same place as sl st, * make a raised dc around bar of next raised dc, sc in each sc to within next raised dc. Repeat from * around. Work in pattern, increasing 1 st in each raised dc on every other rnd until piece measures 17½ inches in diameter. Complete as for Round Pillow S-573 pattern.
