Tr in 11th ch from hook, ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in next ch, ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in next tr (3 sps increased); (ch 3, tr in next tr) 14 times; ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in next ch, ch 7, tr in same place as last tr (1 sp increased); (turn, ch 7, skip 3 sts of 1st ch-7, tr in next ch) twice (2 more sps increased); sl st across last 3 ch. Ch 18, turn.
Tr in 11th ch from hook, ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in next ch, ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in next tr, ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in same place as last sl st, ch 3, tr in top of next tr, ch 3, tr in base of same tr, (ch 3, tr in next tr) 18 times; ch 3, skip 3 ch, tr in next ch, ch 7, tr in same place as last tr, (turn, ch 7, skip 3 sts of 1st ch-7, tr in next ch) twice (3 sps increased at each end); sl st across last 3 ch. 8 sps, 3 bls, tr in next 4 tr (bl over bl made); make 15 more bls, 8 sps. Ch 10, turn.
Starting with 6th row, follow chart until 14th row is completed. Ch 10, turn.
4 sps, 3 bls, 11 sps, 3 bls, 2 sps, 3 bls, 3 sps, 1 bl, 1 sp, ch 1, skip 1 ch, tr in next ch, ch 1, tr in next tr (1 shadow sp made); make 2 more shadow sps, 1 sp, 1 bl, 3 shadow sps, 8 sps, 3 bls, 4 sps. Ch 10, turn.
4 sps, 3 bls, 8 sps, 1 shadow bl, (ch 1, tr in next tr) twice (shadow bl over shadow bl made); make 3 more shadow bls, 1 sp, 5 shadow bls, 4 sps, 3 bls, 1 sp, 6 bls, 10 sps, 3 bls, 4 sps. Ch 7, turn.
Starting with 17th row, follow chart until 40th row is complete. Do not ch to turn.
Sl st across to 1st tr (1 sp decreased), ch 7, follow chart across row to within last sp, do not work over this sp. Ch 7, turn.
Now follow chart to top. Do not fasten off, but work a row of sc closely around edge, keeping work flat. Join and fasten off.
Starch lightly if desired and block to measurement given.
