Pattern instructions
Snood
To begin, ch 20 loosely. Sc in 6th ch from hook, *ch 5, sc in next ch. Repeat from * across (15 loops). Ch 5, turn.
* Sc in next loop, ch 5. Repeat from * across (15 loops). Ch 5, turn.
* In next loop make sc, ch 1 and sc, ch 5. Repeat from * across. Ch 5, turn.
In next loop make sc, ch 5 and sc; *ch 5, sc in next loop, ch 1, sc in same loop. Repeat from * across, ending with sc, ch 5 and sc in last loop (17 loops). Ch 5, turn.
* In next loop make sc, ch 1 and sc, ch 5. Repeat from * across. Ch 5, turn.
Work as for 15th row but make ch-6 loops instead of ch 5. Ch 6, turn. Ch 3 to turn at end of 25th row.
* Sc in next loop, ch 3. Repeat from * across. Ch 1, turn.
* Sc in next sc, 3 sc in next loop. Repeat from * across. Ch 1, turn.
Sc in each sc across. Ch 1, turn.
Do not turn at end of 29th row, but work around remainder of Snood, making * sc in next loop, ch 1. Repeat from * around. Fasten off.
Ring
Ch 12. Join with sl st.
Make 20 sc in ring. Join.
Ch 1, working into ring, make 20 sc over 20 sc of previous rnd. Fasten off.
Cord
Divide the remainder of thread into 6 equal lengths. Make a chain 32 inches long with these 6 strands. Do not fasten off but * ch 20, sl st in 20th ch from hook. Repeat from * 9 more times. Fasten off.
Make 10 similar loops at opposite end of Cord. Fasten off.
Finishing
Sew a Ring on each side of 29th row. Draw Cord through both loops and leave ends for ties.
Sew a bead to the center of each ch-20 loop. Sew remainder of beads on Snood as desired.
